About Us
Quality Excavation Systems was developed into a working business system in 1995 by two men. Richard Bollier and Jim Locks. Richard is now the sole owner of the company. As the main focus in the early stages of QES Inc., we were keyed in on acquiring equipment and customers in the residential construction field.
In 2005 a new focus on government projects, commercial and industrial construction, and project management took root. We set a new course in how we viewed our customers. We now work with them, by aligning our goals with our customers before we start their project. We use management tools and systems rather than just key employees and equipment.
We have employed more than 65 employees and have completed more than 6,000,000 dollars in capital projects.
Since the pandemic, like everyone, we have had to re-adjust our goals and services, but we are still providing quality work to all of our customers and will continue to do so through the coming years.
